For the second time Broadcast Solutions and partner companies Riedel and IHSE held there Broadcast Innovations Days events in Manila and Bangkok. The two events proved to be a sought after occasion for the attendees to get the latest information on new and future-proof solutions in Broadcasting.
With more than 150 people attending both events, the BIDs showed a large interest of the local broadcast community and proofed that there is a need for direct information and hands-on presentations on trending topics such as OB Vans, IP, 4K, wireless communications, studio and playout automation.
Peter Jakobsson, Business Development Director at Broadcast Solutions, comments: “To hold the BIDs in the second time in a row in this two cities we experience a certain level of awareness about our company and our solutions. This became even more evident with the in-depth demonstrations which were fully packed on the consecutive days with decision makers from the technical departments.”
Ron Wong from IHSE Asia adds to the two events: “The quality of the people attending was very good, coming from the major broadcast stations, education, research centres or systems integrators. In general I was very satisfied with the response and I am looking forward to the opportunities developing from these events.”
